Video Store People

There is no way that video store owners can tolerate employees that don't provide excellent customer service any longer. The brick and mortar store is quickly becoming a relic as VOD and NetFlix power on. There has to be a reason for physical stores to survive now that convenience isn't one of them; excellent customer service and community may forestall their demise.
